For my Digital Production Studio 1 class, we were tasked during our first week of class to create a Photoshop collage purely made up of photos we took ourselves. We were not allowed to use any external elements for this collage. Everything in this piece is a photo I took, a paper I crumpled and scanned, calligraphy lettering I penned, etc.

The focus of this assignment was to explore more of the different settings within an image you could use (i.e., drop shadows, inner/outer glow), the lasso tools, and quick selection tools. I used the polygonal lasso tool and used a lot of clipping mask adjustments with the crumpled paper to create a scrapbook effect. I also experimented with textures for some photos using the High Pass filter!
